Our VAT ID and registration number will change and be revealed on the date of conversion or a little later.
Address, contact info and everything else remains the same.
Legal note
Pursuant to Article 5842 §1-3 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, the converted company shall be entitled to all the rights and obligations of the sole proprietorship. The conversion of the SP will lead to legal succession and the Limited Liability Company (Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) will become a party to all legal relationships, including commercial contracts, that have been entered into to date by the SP.
The financial situation of the converted company as the legal successor of the SP will not be worse than the previous economic situation of the SP. The core business of the SP will not change and will be continued to the same extent by the converted company.
Considering the above, our existing cooperation will be continued by a commercial company - a Limited Liability Company (Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) – from the date of the conversion of the SP.
